Knowing my body is a temple instead of an amusement park is helpful. When cravings happen we can use tips to get through and the Protocol is to, Stop, Breathe, Hydrate and Ask. This protocol will benefit the client as they lean into the low-carb diet. 

The training I received from Kiltz’s Health Coaching is invaluable. I learned and I use the formula to determine Insulin Resistant Risk, showing the Low-Carb diet is best to lower that risk.

Before this course, I didn’t understand how Hyperinsulinemia could affect all major systems in the body. For example, Type 2 diabetes has a root cause - hyperinsulinemia (Insulin Resistance). And I now know the way to reverse Type 2 diabetes is by Therapeutic Carbohydrate Reduction (TCR). I try to inspire others to reduce their carb intake. It is difficult to change life-long habits, but I am learning to be a coach who helps clients to be willing to change.

Kiltz Health Coaching Course gives instruction on How to set up the Coaching Business with a legal roadmap. And the course instructs on How to Market your Coaching Business, also with pricing guidelines. This information is especially important to learn.

I much needed the lessons and am grateful for the opportunity to complete it.
